Mt Hood Meadows

Mount Hood Meadows, the largest of six ski areas located on Mt. Hood in northern Oregon, offers 2,777 vertical feet of variable terrain for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. 430 inches of annual snowfall provides sparkling groomed corduroy, deep, dry Oregon powder, and an endless winter that can extend spring skiing into the month of June!

With 11 lifts, 85 runs and 2,150 ski-able acres, Mt. Hood Meadows features large resort amenities at refreshingly affordable rates. Well known for outstanding customer service and high environmental standards, the Meadows attracts a devoted local following as well as a large set of in-the-know travelers looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.

One of the largest draws for out-of-towners is Mt. Hood Meadows' world-class terrain park system. The United States Olympic Snowboard team chose the Meadows for their annual spring training trip in 2007 for a reason-- with eight different parks and pipes to play in, the freestyle fanatic will always have something to jump off!

For the less aggressive visitor, Mt. Hood Meadows has unbeatable beginner and intermediate terrain and exceptional ski school facilities, as well as exciting activities for non-skiers. 15 km. of groomed and set-track Nordic skiing awaits, with lessons offered in both skating and striding. Snowshoeing is possible on numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area, though not permitted within the Nordic trail system.

Two snow tube parks - one pint-sized and one slightly more advanced - feature a whole new way to get down the mountain. Everything you need is there for an afternoon of smiles!
