Three Sisters Overnight Park, formerly Sisters State Park, is located within walking distance of downtown Sisters, Oregon. With 60 campsites alongside the bubbling waters of Squaw Creek, this municipal park favors accessibility over true solitude, though certainly the shade of the park's grove of 200-year-old fir trees offer respite.
Open from April through September, Three Sisters Overnight Park is a fun, affordable introduction to the quaint town of Sisters, a former mining town in central Oregon often hailed as the gateway to the Cascade Mountains. Sisters offers world-class fly-fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and golf, among others, and is recognized as a notable bird-watching habitat. Bordering 1.6 millions acres of the Deschutes National Forest, Sisters certainly creates the backdrop for a vacation of dreams.
Conveniently located on Highway 20, Three Sisters Overnight Park welcomes you to this small mountain retreat at the base of the Cascades. A traditional campground with fire pits and a communal bathroom, Three Sisters Overnight Park is a homey, family-oriented campground offering a back-to-nature experience just minutes away from the grocery store. The park welcomes recreational vehicles with a limit of one per campsite, but does not offer electric, water or sewer hookups. There is one sewer discharge station available for general use.
