Summer may be fading, but the skies are still sunny enough for short sleeves, the air is crisp, fresh, and tinged with the scent of cool nights, and the leaves are just beginning to turn. And the Bank of the Cascades Bend Fall Festival - a homey harvest celebration with good-natured competition, kid-happy fun and arts of all kinds.

  • Pumpkin activities – pumpkin pie contests, pumpkin painting contests and pumpkin carving

Overview: Kiss the summer-end blues good – bye – by attending the Bend Fall Festival. Here you will find dozens of talented artisans offering their work for sale. You will be tempted by pottery, sculpture, jewelry, photography, candles, clothing, painting and much more.
You can sing along or sway to the music of various live bands and entertainers.

Details: Shopping and grooving to the tunes will work up an appetite so check out the numerous offerings at the food court. Local restaurants will be selling their wares and you should be able to find something to satisfy your cravings.

No fall celebration would be complete without all the pumpkin activities – pumpkin pie contests, pumpkin painting contests and pumpkin carving. And don't forget to buy your pumpkins and other produce from the local vendors. Fun Bend Fall Festival activities also include pony rides for the kids, hayrides, bobbing for apples and special performances by local theater groups.
